Bradley J. Nash

Bradley Nash is Of Counsel to the Firm.  Mr. Nash received his A.B. degree from Harvard College
Bradley J. Nash
in 1999 (Phi Beta Kappa and magna cum laude).  He graduated from Harvard Law School (cum laude) in 2002, where he was an Executive Editor on the Harvard Journal of Law and Public Policy.  From 2002 to 2003, he clerked for the Honorable David G. Trager of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York.  Prior to joining the firm in 2010, Mr. Nash was associated with the New York office of Covington & Burling LLP.  His practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, including contract disputes, fraud and other business torts, civil RICO claims, securities, intellectual property matters, and appeals.  He has broad experience representing clients in state and federal courts, as well as before arbitration tribunals.  Mr. Nash is admitted to the bars of the State of New York, the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, and the United States Courts of Appeals for the Federal Circuit and the Ninth Circuit.
